We operate a fully secure site and never store credit card information. All transactions go through an encrypted merchant processor. All orders are to be paid in full and processed upon checkout. This also includes items that are custom or out-of-stock. We are a small business and cannot extend terms to most of artisans - we do our best to ship in an expedited manner.
Items purchased in our stores can be returned for store credit or exchange only; no refunds.
Items purchased online that are still in NEW condition (never worn) and undamaged can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Defective items should be returned within 1 week of the ship date - please inspect your item for any defects upon arrival. Call us before shipping, don't just ship us the product.

Before you return boots, keep in mind that all leather needs a bit of time to break in. The leather will stretch and conform to your foot over time becoming very 'customized'. Most of our boots are meant to fit pretty snug. The boot will form-fit your foot after a couple weeks (we can also tell you how to stretch them). A boot that is too loose at the begining will become 'sloppy' over time and uncomfortable. Call us if you have any questions!
